The African-InfoPoint advises and supports people in difficult integration processes in Germany. Our focus is on the self-empowerment aspect and the consensus of global learning. Integration is achieved through the transfer of knowledge between the global/south and north. We use the possibilities of modern communication technology, in addition to interpersonal empathy, to complement physical counseling. Digitalization is a first motivation into independence, through the gradual development of soft skills in the online field, the help to self-help is practiced.
